Just received my brand new Kia Niro PHEV3 yesterday and am very pleased with it, even the delivery driver was very impressed with it! Aneilio was very good at explaining how this deal worked, and I have been able to save a great deal of money(about 5,000). It was a little bit worrying at first never have purchased a car over the Internet, but after making some checks about the company with the FCA etc found that the company had been in business for a few years and that the FCA affiliation was all valid and the business of paying the deposit by credit card protected me from any fraudulence, especially with transferring such a high amount of money, especially as I was paying for the car outright. I think if I had purchased by using a loan I would have been much less nervous about it. But, as I said Aneilio was able to put my mind at rest especially thinking that the deal might be too good to be true!

Our brand new Fiesta arrived today as promised. We're really happy that Steve managed to somehow get us exactly what we wanted, even though nobody else seemed able to. First time buying a car online and must confess I was very anxious as there was a large sum of money involved. The tipping point came with the local dealer trying to rip us off by not initially offering the manufactures discount on the outgoing model and then after leaving the showroom offering an additional £500 off through car-wow. This treatment annoyed me enough to take the plunge and go to Dicounted-New-Cars.com. The reviews came out good and in truth you don’t get to see your new car from a dealer until collecting it so I thought there is no difference to purchasing one online, other than with ours it was delivered to our drive. I dealt with Steve Watson, very professional and helpful chap who made the whole process seamless. What I liked most of all was the no fuss no haggle approach, this is the price (very good one) with a clear breakdown and an estimate of delivery. In our case we decided to part exchange and again no fuss no haggle with the car being collected. The delivery chap, name of Sam arrived promptly and took the time to go through a detailed handover of the car, it was in perfect condition with just the factory/PDI mileage of 8 on the clock. So, although a rather anxious customer at first, I will have no hesitation in using this company again or recommending them to others, first class service and exceptional good discounts.

I was very unsure of ordering a new car from Cort Vehicle Contracts at first because it sounded too good to be true. However, after some research I decided to proceed and I am so pleased I did. My new car is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't have afforded it without Cort. Excellent communication and excellent service.

The service was exemplary. The car arrived on time with a massive saving. The following day, I reported a 'scratch' and Steve was very keen to deal with this. Turned out I was mistaken, the 'scratch' wiped off!! My only small criticism is the car should have been delivered on a transporter, and I see from other reviews that that is how Cort does deliver cars, but due to some error mine was driven. Minor point, however. I should have double checked and the error would not have occurred.

I was particularly impressed with the handover, the delivery driver was a really nice guy and was quite happy to stay and explain all the controls etc to me before setting off on his merry way. I have to say I had doubts because the deal was I thought too good to be true however, very professional from start to finish, always handled my endless questions with quick and professional responses, car was delivered to my door within two weeks of order with my specifications, handover was quick easy and informative, OK so you don’t get a free key ring as you do from the local dealer or a two hour handover (thankfully) but a saving of £8K is just amazing and no key ring is worth that! Cort Vehicle Contracts came up with the best price for a new Ford Fiesta which also meant I did not have to deal with a Ford dealer which is and ordeal in itself. Delivery was longer than originally indicated and communication could have been better. However, vehicle did arrive on re-scheduled date direct to our door. Be aware, Cort expect full payment to be cleared before delivery can be scheduled. A bit of a leap of faith to hand over a 5 figure sum of money without ever meeting anybody from Cort in person. But I had the reassurance that Cort is also a "bricks and mortar" car dealer based in Bury.

I needed a new car in a hurry. Initially Corts said 3-4 weeks but it ended up about 7 but still quicker than most dealers would have managed. A great price too, about £3K less than a dealer would have charged and it was £800 lower than the cheapest price I was quoted from another broker. Howard was very helpful fielding lots of questions before I placed the order and always replied when I inquired about the progress of the order. I will certainly ask them again for a quote if I am in the market for a new car in the future.

I change my vehicle about every two years. Over he last few years I have looked very closely at this type of outright purchase but, eventually drifted back to main dealership. I suppose it was because I am a pensioner and sceptical. Anyway in January I shopped around the various sites and went for the best deal which was Corts. I was amazed how easy it was ( actually called in the office) and with significant savings. I chose a Peugeot 3008 in GT - Line trim paid my deposit and waited. It arrived few weeks later than predicted but no real issue. The car is brilliant and with the savings over main dealer paid for my holiday plus a bit left. Although there was a huge saving on price I have never bought a car this way before so was a little concerned. The deal was excellent and the service equally good. i paid a £500 deposit and didnt pay anything else until the car was delivered to me . This arrangement meant they had to trust me, which i felt was way beyond what most companies would do. They also arranged to trade in my old car and it couldn't have been easier . They gave me a good valuation , at least as good as" we buy any car . com" They inspected my car on pick up and took it after my new car was delivered. I was kept informed on the progress during the build and they delivered within the specified timescale. I never met Steve or Howard during the process but talked to them many times during the ordering and deliverey phase, They were excellent and also offer an after sales service despite being 200 miles away. I would recommend these guys to anyone buying a new car .

After looking around and getting prices for “new” cars that always turned out to be either pre-registered or a very small discount that anyone could just talk the sales staff into giving, I stumbled across www.discounted-new-cars.com. I messed about on the site configuring cars and left my details. I then received an email from Steve asking me to call him to discuss what I wanted. I explained to him that I wanted a new car that wasn’t pre-registered and then we discussed model & extras, none of which apparently would be a problem. Steve emailed me a breakdown of all details including total price asking me to call if I was happy to proceed. I called and paid my deposit by credit card, so section 75 protection would apply (I’m not very trusting ). I then received my Invoice which I printed, signed, scanned and emailed back. Because of the time-scales I couldn’t receive my new car in the first couple of weeks in March as I was going on holiday. Steve said it wasn’t an issue and he arranged delivery for the day after my return. The day arrived and a nice man with a very large car transporter arrived at my door at 07:55 to deliver my 17-plate car. Would I recommend them, why wouldn’t I? I plan to tell everyone I know how easy this was for me and how nice and easy Steve was to deal with. I also plan to buy all future cars from Steve and Howard.

We just bought a Citreon C4 grand picasso through CVC and are very happy with both the price and the service we received. Having never bought a car online we did background checks through different sites and asked lots of questions before committing. I was still nervous about handing over the outstanding balance 48hrs beforehand (even though the deposit had been on credit card to protect the purchase), but everything went through smoothly. The C4 was delivered earlier than I expected, and CVC arranged collection of my part-ex to later so that I wouldn't be carless at school pickup time. After-sales help has also been great. I have no reservations in recommending CVC, and have already done so to friends and family.

I had dealings with this company earlier in the year to purchase a new (14) reg Mazda 6 SE/L 2.2ltr Diesel. This is the first time I and on behalf of my company have bought a vehicle online from a company such as Cort. Right from the start I found my dealings with Steven in sales to be helpful and knowledgable. I advised my budget and the specification required and true to his word Steven found me the right car at the right price ( which incidentally was around 16% cheaper than the main Mazda dealer I had also spoken to about the car) Like most people who try a different method to purchase something I was a little ervous as to whether Cort would deliver on time and at the price agreed but they did and it turned out to be a very straight forward process with no problems at all. Both Steven and Howard ( who looks after things after Steven )were very professional throughout the process and Howard kept me informed of my expected delivery date, which was the day before the new 1st March Reg, and delivery was duly made with no fuss or bother. they took my old car in part exchange and offered a perfectly fair price for it and collected it on the day of delivery of the new car.
