29th Mar 2020 - We have reviewed our business continuity plans for minimising disruption in circumstances such as COVID-19 and have been testing our resilience around a number of scenarios, including remote working for members of staff. We want to reassure you that any implementation of our business continuity plans will be seamless and telephone calls will continue to be answered and emails be responded to. Everyone is working hard to adapt to the current situation, given that the information is changing daily, along with the associated government guidance. We will be following all the relevant advice from Public Health England and other Government departments to ensure the safety of our staff and their dependents.
